“UK telecommunications regulator Ofcom has relaxed its Amateur Radio station identification rules. Ofcom discussed the change in its document, Updating the Amateur Radio Licence — Maintaining Licence terms and conditions, released on December 5, 2014. The document is essentially the same as an FCCReport and Order concluding a proceeding in the US. Ofcom had proposed easing its strict requirement to identify every 15 minutes in favor of what it called “a simpler, more flexible approach.” – Read Full Article:
