The ZN-HKR is new for 2015. It is an all brass straight key built on a 4″ diameter brass base. It features 4 ball bearing and silver contact points with a weight of 3 pounds 8 ounces. The knob is bakelite and available in black only. Your callsign plate or N3ZN KEYS, LLC plate will be attached to the bottom of the key. The ZN-HKR puts true meaning into “pounding brass”.
When ordering please specify: What kind of plug do you want on the straight key- 1/8″ mono, 1/8″ stereo wired in mono (wired to tip), 1/4″ mono, 1/4″ stereo wired to tip only, or RCA phono plug? Please check your manual, a lot of newer transceivers will not accept a mono plug
