Maldol HVU-8 Vertical Base Station Antennas offer multi-band capabilities for hams with little space for an antenna. These compact, 8-band vertical antennas from Maldol were specially designed for confined and restricted space installations as well as for temporary and portable use. The unique ground radial system of these HVU-8 antennas has the radials screwed into two collars. The collars can be rotated and fixed, so all of the radials are located on one side for side-mounting on a tower or next to a building wall for stealth operation! Each HF and 6 meter band has its own tuning stub. The 2m and 70cm bands are preset at the factory and are not adjustable. If you live in an town house, apartment or condo, set up one of these HVU-8 Vertical Base Station Antennas from Maldol–eight bands in only eight feet–not bad, huh?
