“HamCation® 2017 is just around the corner. Time is flying, before you know it the 71st edition of the second largest show in the United States is opening its doors. This year we are the ARRL Southeastern Division Convention.
A lot of work has already been done by the HamCation® Committee. The Chairmen of Commercial, RV, Tailgate, Swaps and Advance Reservations, look forward to see your reservations come in through our new Online Reservation System. You will find all the information about the new system on this website.
You can now order Commercial booths and Tables in the East Hall, West Hall and North Hall. Also, you can order your Tickets, RV spots, Swaps tables and Tailgate spots online with a credit card.
Once the reservation is made you’ll receive a payment confirmation by Email. All orders placed after December 31st 2016 will be placed in Will Call to prevent not getting your mail in time. Please bring your E-mail order confirmation to HamCation® for a fast check in.
We already have several interesting forums. The list is not complete yet but it has been published on the Forums page.
HamCation® welcomes two special returning guests during the 2017 event. Carole Perry, very much involved with the youth programs and Gordon West, the master instructor and author, for new hams and those who want to upgrade their existing license.
We have great prizes this year. Please see the HamCation® website for the Saturday and the Sunday Grand Prize and the Early Bird prize for those who ordered the tickets in an early stage.
Finally, we made special arrangements with several hotels in town with special HamCation® rates. Please do mention HamCation when making reservations.
We look forward seeing you in Orlando at the HamCation® 2017.
