There are monthly planning meetings and arrangements to be made well in advance. In addition, the team is always looking for ways to improve both the guest and the vendor experience.
The groups dedication to this effort along with volunteers from various HAM organizations around Central Florida make this event the fastest growing event of this type in the country. This effort also assures a good time for all and a good return on investment for vendors.
