HBR4HF specification
- Heterodyne 10MHz Xtal filter exciter based on Hambuilder BritX exciter
- 300-25000Hz audio band pass active filter using NE5532
- 4 Band coverage (80m, 40m, 30m, 20m) with 3 selector LPF BPF
- 20-35 watt RF power output,
- 2x IRF 530 Final RF amplifier
- SSB modulation
- 16×2 char LCD
- Si5351 VFO and BFO synthezyzer based on RTC01C controller
Are designed to meet the needs of colleagues in Indonesia more dominant operating in low HF bands (80-40m). Perhaps it should also consider regulations that limit amateur counterparts with the alert level can partake in some other bands in the HF spectrum.
Contrary to previous designs in which block by block is designed on a separate PCB, PCB HBR4HF use one chip to function exciter, band pass filter, low pass filter and an RF power amplifier. Only a separate controller considering the PCB controller will be mounted on the front panel. PCB board design on the cause in perlukannya interconnection between board. In the picture below we can see what items you still need to be connected in order to function fully as a transceiver.

There seem to be two pieces of IRF530 transistor on the side of the PCB which will be attached to the heatsink at the back of the box. If desired power out larger, please bereksperiment dengang replace MOSFETs IRF530 with larger type or raise the working voltage of the MOSFET finals to 24V, with employment record MOSFET is separated with a working voltage of the other components on the PCB (ever been to try to use the 24V will gained power output 45Watt)
