“78 years old, married with 3 harmonics. Father was W6SPJ (SK). Son Matthew is KF6KBA. Practice medicine, OB-GYN, in Los Angeles 48 years.
Radio interests include 10-10 Interntional (70675-VP 3182), Medical Amateur Radio Council (MARCO past president)), FISTS 11592-cc 1947, SKCC-1328T. I’m almost all CW now, except for TEN-TEN and occasional contest. I’m slow but have fun.
In April 2006 I operated from Palau using the call T88AP. It was a blast to be the center of pill ups. In September 2008 I operated from Swaziland, 3DA0JK, making 1694 QSO’s. I went back to Swaziland in September 2009 and made 2800 QSO’s All great experience..We were in Lesotho, 7P8JK in 2010 and will be back there 15 September through the 22nd of September. When sending for QSL please send envelope larger than 4in x6 in. Also would appreciate green stamps and not postal coupons. If any Dx station can not afford the green stamps, please send 25 different used stamps from your country and I will send a QSL card. PLEASE NO BUREAU CARDS.
Other hobbies include Stamp collecting, Model boat building (wooden) and jogging.
Radio equipment includes Kenwood TS-2000. My TS 930s finally wore out after 30 years.. The antannae is a Hygain DX-77. No beams allowed..

It will take me years to go through them. Therefore, please no bureau QSL cards. If DX can not afford the 2 green stamps, please enclose 25 stamps from your country. I send them to schools. Also no IRC’s. The USA does not use them any more.”
