Amateur Radio Repeater Debate Draws Sparks

The mayor and a citizen got into a shouting match over delays in installing a digital amateur radio repeater.
The repeater was purchased in December 2013 to be part of the city emergency communication in case of a disaster where landlines and cell towers are down.”
